This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or experienced paralegal looking to develop their career within Banking and Structured Finance, with exposure to high-quality transactional work and sophisticated clients. The role will predominantly support the firm''s Structured Finance Banking team, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain specialist experience across a varied and challenging workload. The position is fully remote within the UK, offering excellent flexibility while working as part of an established and collaborative legal team. The Role As a Banking Paralegal, you will work closely with lawyers and other professionals to provide support across a range of structured finance transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing loan due diligence reports. Reviewing standard loan documentation and underlying assets. Using precedents to draft basic structured finance documentation. Managing and organising transaction documentation. Supporting the coordination and preparation of transaction closings.
