opportunity to join a leading ''Top 100'' law firm in their tier 1 ranked banking and finance team.We are instructed by one of Cardiff''s leading heavyweight law firms who are looking to recruit a banking and finance Solicitor to bolster their thriving team and to be based in central impressive offices in Cardiff.Candidates can expect to join a team that is recognised as a leading banking and finance team in the regional market and rated highly in this practice area in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.The highly ranked team advise both regionally and nationally across a wide range of sectors including sport, hospitality and leisure, renewables, healthcare, real estate and public sector.You can expect to advise banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of banking and finance including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated finance, property investment and development finance as well as renewable energy finance.The ideal candidate will be NQ – 2 PQE ideally gained at a similarly ranked firm. Advise banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of banking and finance including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated finance, property investment and development finance as well as renewable energy finance.Qualifications
