Location: Belfast About the service: Moving Forward Moving On (MFMO) is a mentoring support project working with young people aged 16-24 years who have an alternative education background and/or have a history of offending behaviour. As a Bank Worker you will ideally have previous experience of the issues facing young people who are deemed as NEET (not in training education or employment) or have an awareness of the challenges this can bring and will be able to draw use this experience in a positive and constructive way to help and support young people. You will assist staff in working with young people to improve their quality of life within their community by promoting wellbeing, independence, healthy life choices and training and employability options. Alongside this you will further develop your own skills and experience in order to progress in the workplace.
