Bank Hand Therapist Competitive Hourly Rate Flexible Working WashingtonWe have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Hand Therapist to join our Staffing Bank Team in our Physiotherapy department based at Spire Washington.Spire Washington is a 35 in-patient bedded hospital with 10 consultation and 2 treatment rooms based just off junction 63 of the A1 with great commuter links. Our Hospital offers a range of services and facilities including four operating theatres covering specialities including Orthopaedics and Gynaecology and a full Diagnostic suite.Duties and responsibilities;To provide a high standard of specialist hand therapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients within the physiotherapy department Management of conditions such as Trapeziectomy, Fasciotomy, Tendon repairs and wound management Discuss, agree and explain responsibilities for the therapy assessment of patients, including their needs and any associated risks Using clinical reasoning skills develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient taking into consideration their physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing. Who we''re looking forDegree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent HCPC registered At least 5 years'' post graduate experience Previous extensive experience is essential in specialist hand therapy (physio or occupational therapist considered) Experience of assessing, diagnosing and treating specialist hand cases BenefitsBank colleagues are paid weeklyAccess to Spire ..... full job details .....
