Bank Specialist Physiotherapist Women''s Health Competitive Hourly Rate Flexible Working Fylde Coast We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Physiotherapist in Women''s Health to join our bank staffing to support the Physio department on a flexible basis. You will be required to provide highly skilled and specialised assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients within the outpatient service for pelvic health patient caseloads. Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is based in the seaside town of Blackpool. We have 3 operating theatres undertaking a wide range of procedures in Orthopaedics, ENT, Spines, Ophthalmic, Urology, Vascular, Gynaecology, Endoscopy, Plastics and General Surgery. Duties and responsibilities;- Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs.- Develop practice in addressing patient''s health and wellbeing needs.- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.- Develop knowledge and practice in own area of work.- Develops a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security.- Develop and improve services.- Improve quality.- Enable people to exercise their rights and promote their equality and diversity.- Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practices.- Apply technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment of patients.Who we''re looking for- Degree (BSc Hons Physiotherapy) or equivalent.- Post-Graduate Diploma in specialist programme- Post ..... full job details .....
