Hours: Flexible - typically 8-10 hours per day (covering staff sickness, annual leave, etc.)

About the Role:
As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will provide cover for staff absences, helping to maintain a high standard of care and education in our nursery. Hours are flexible and based on our staffing needs - perfect for someone looking for a varied and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities for children following the EYFS framework.
Support children''s physical, emotional, and educational development.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Maintain accurate observations and records when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year''s experience working with EYFS-age children in a nursery or school setting.
DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply - cost refundable after 20 days of work).
Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Flexibility to work across different shifts as needed.
Reliable, caring, and passionate about supporting children''s development.
