Bank Night Support Worker - Supported Accommodation

Are you the type of person who prefers to stay up late, rather than get up early?Not sure about what job you want, but you have a caring nature.Have you ever considered picking up night shifts when it suits you?In Hereford, we provide housing and support for vulnerable adults over the age of 18, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.We are looking for a Night Support Worker (internally known as a Building Supervisor) to work as part of our growing Accommodation Based Services team, covering night shifts as and when our staff are on leave. The shifts are 8pm-8:15am, with a one hour unpaid break.We are looking for someone who likes to stay awake at night, can keep themselves busy during quiet shifts, and is always happy to talk and help people.Are you ready to make a difference in people''s lives?The RoleYou''ll work as part of a tight-knit team of Support Workers, Housing Officers and a Project Manager.Your focus will be to ensure that our buildings are safe and secure for our residents who live there.
