The site houses around 1180 male patients aged 18+, many of whom have complex health needs and have previously been disconnected from the healthcare system. Ideal applicants will be passionate about working with disadvantaged patients and feel confident working in a busy ever-changing environment supporting with primary care, substance misuse and mental health needs.Hours

Sessions take place between 9am and 10pm Monday to FridaySalary

This position is a bank role with a salary of £90 per hourRequirements
