Bank Engineer

Engineer/Spire Hull /Bank/Ad-Hoc Shifts/Competitive Rates of Pay Spire Hull Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join the bank team Duties and responsibilities: To work as part of the engineering team providing a comprehensive engineering and maintenance service within the hospital, which ensures a safe environment for all Patients, Visitors, Staff and Contractors. The role will require repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, systems and building structure/fabric. This will consist of Planned Preventative Maintenance, testing and calibration, fault finding, defect correction and supporting the emergency on call on a rota basis. To undertake maintenance/testing/troubleshooting of plant/equipment, ensuring compliance with current HTM recommendations / PPM Schedules and manufactures instruction, including but not limited to; Building and Minor Electrical Responsibilities Water Responsibilities Ventilation System Responsibilities Decontamination Responsibilities Medical Gas Responsibilities General Duties Who we''re looking for: Served a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with CandG Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical field Hold relevant certificates or be willing to undertake specialist training in specific areas Significant experience in building services management with a track record of success Extensive knowledge of building services Able to prioritise demands against resources Able to support ..... full job details .....
