Bank Endoscopy Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and energetic nurse to join our Endoscopy department as a Bank Staff Nurse.As a Bank Staff Nurse in our Endoscopy department you will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of care and support to our patients in this specialised area.You will be a strong and empathetic Registered Nurse who has the ability to build a rapport with your patients in a short period of time, lead and implement change and engage with stakeholders at all levels.The shift pattern will be working between 0800 - 2000. Working patterns will include Saturday working.Role Responsibilities include:Demonstrating outstanding clinical practice at all timesWorking within a multi-disciplinary team led by a supportive senior nursing teamPlan, implement and deliver a holistic patient centred care to a group of patientsMaintaining accurate patient records utilising the most up to date evidenced based care and guidelinesWorking to develop a strong, effective team by developing the vision and strategy of "health care at its best"Person Specification:Be a Registered Nurse (RN RGN).1 years'' experience in an endoscopy department.To be patient focussed, with a desire and proven ability to deliver healthcare at its best.Have knowledge of clinical governance and its application along with evidence of continuous professional development.To be confident in building relationships with the ability to easily engage with others including consultants, ..... full job details .....
