As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will be: Acting as a key worker to some residents, and ensuring care plans are up to date and accurate;Providing personal care to the residents, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times;Supporting new members of the team and providing constructive feedback;Encouraging independence as much as possible.On occasion you may required to provide care to residents living in the Care Home.
