This role is ideal for candidates with experience in metal cutting, manufacturing, or machine operation who are looking for long-term, stable employment.Key Responsibilities Operate horizontal bandsaw machinery to cut metal materials to precise specificationsSet up, adjust, and monitor saws in line with technical drawings and cutting listsProcess a range of metals and alloys accurately and efficientlyPerform quality checks using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges)Follow strict health and safety procedures and wear PPE at all timesMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentWork as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines Pay and Benefits £13.27 per hour (rising to £13.84 after probation)Overtime rates: Time and a half (weekdays and Saturdays)Double time (Sundays and Bank Holidays) Temp-to-perm opportunityOngoing training and developmentClear career progression pathwaysStable, full-time hours with a strong ..... full job details .....
