Working alongside an experienced colleague, you will play a key role in processing specialist materials while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and traceability. Main Responsibilities Assist with the heat treatment of precision-engineered rotating components and associated products. Transport and position materials safely using overhead cranes and forklift trucks. Process a range of material forms including blooms, ingots, electrodes, and shaft sections. Carry out cutting, sampling, and preparation activities to meet production requirements. Operate various cutting and sawing equipment accurately and efficiently. Perform hardness testing and record inspection results in line with quality standards. Load and unload heat treatment furnaces, ensuring work is completed to schedule.
