Job summary The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishops Stortford, and St Margarets Hospital in Epping. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for independently performing and reporting on their own patient list, ensuring high clinical standards and accountability in line with established protocols. To actively engage in CPD to maintain and expand professional knowledge and skills. This role also includes teaching and supervising students, leading on audit initiatives, and serving as an advocate for the ultrasound service. To provide detailed written reports by synthesising patient history and scan findings into accurate diagnoses and are confident in seeking second opinions when necessary. You will be fully accountable for their clinical decisions and actions within the scope of practice.
