This Band 7 SALT job in North West London is based within a highly specialist SEN school in Brent, supporting pupils aged 3 19 with a diverse range of needs including autism, complex physical and medical needs, Down s syndrome, and developmental or learning disabilities. A key focus of this role is supporting pupils with dysphagia, ensuring safe and effective eating, drinking, and communication strategies are embedded across the school. You will join an established and collaborative therapy team, working as part of a fully integrated multidisciplinary team that includes Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and Creative Arts Therapists. Within the SALT team, you will work alongside two full-time therapists and one part-time therapist, contributing to a supportive and knowledgeable environment where clinical development is actively encouraged.
