We are working with an established specialist educational setting with over 100 years of experience, looking for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join their friendly and supportive Therapy Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your clinical skills within a specialist SEN environment, with a structured timetable, excellent resources and strong opportunities for professional development and career progression.

The Role

You will work as part of a strong multidisciplinary team alongside Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants, a SignAlong Tutor and PBS specialists, with support from external SLT consultants.

The role will give you exposure to:

• Early years and group work
• SEN assessments and Annual Review reports
• Dysphagia and feeding
• AAC and communication devices
• Speech, language and social communication needs
• Developing and implementing therapy programmes
• Working closely with teaching staff to integrate therapy into the educational environment

The role offers a structured and consistent timetable, with additional paid weeks during the year for administration, report writing and catch-up work.
