Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients'' occupational performance and develop tailored intervention plans. Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients'' functional abilities. Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and adjust plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with trust policies. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the training of junior staff and students. Required Qualifications and Experience: HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
