Band 6 Training Specialist

We are looking for an experienced training professional with previous experience in Mental Health and /or Learning Disability services to support across Maidstone and Dartford.-

Key responsibilities-

• Deliver violence reduction, de escaltion & restriction practice training.-
• Clinical risk & Social Care Certificate training-
• Plan and facilitate engaging training sessions, both in a group setting and 1-1.-
• Mentor junior trainers and promote best practice-
• Maintain training records and national standards-
• Work with stakeholders to identify addtional areas of development-

Essential Criteria-

• Health & Social Care Qualification-
• Staff training and development experience-
• Strong communication skills
• Thorough knowlege of restrictive practice legislation-
