Working closely with teaching teams and other healthcare professionals, you will deliver tailored, person-centred interventions at both universal and specialist levels.Key responsibilities include:Assessing students'' speech, language, communication and swallowing needs.Planning and delivering individual and group therapy sessions.Promoting a total communication approach throughout the college.Providing staff with training, advice and practical strategies to support students'' communication.Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues within Integrated Services.Supporting students to develop functional communication skills and greater independence.About YouWe are seeking an ..... full job details .....
