Provide SLT assessment, formulation, and care/treatment planning for a designated caseload using evidence-based, person-centred principles.Monitor and evaluate SLT treatment plans and interventions in varied settings.Maintain accurate clinical records according to data quality guidance, legislation, and policy.Work flexibly to meet service requirements and in line with professional codes and Trust policies.Maintain professional HCPC registration.Contribute to maintaining a safe environment in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.About Us

Essential: Degree; HCPC and RCSLT registration; postgraduate accreditation in dysphagia management.Desirable: Further training in mental health.Essential knowledge and skills: dysphagia assessment and therapy for adults; communication assessment and therapy applications; ability to manage a specialist caseload; flexible working.Experience: at least 2 years as an SLT; experience with adults with mental health needs; 1 year dysphagia practice; experience in MDT working.Desirable: experience with autistic clients and learning disabilities; involvement in training packages.Other: commitment to client-centred practice; ability to travel between sites.Disclosure and Registration
