You will be responsible for delivering specialist assessment and treatment to in-patients on the Cambridge and Oxford Ward, working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to achieve patients'' individual rehabilitation goals. Your role will also involve contributing to the discharge planning process to ensure safe and effective transitions home.
