      <description>Location: Buckingham | Salary: 22.99-22.99 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Occupational Therapist at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust to join the Rapid Response and Intermediate Care (RRIC) Teams across Buckingham and Marlow. In this rewarding community-based role, you will be responsible for delivering active case management programmes for patients with complex needs, ensuring person-centred interventions are tailored to meet individual requirements. You will work closely with Advanced Community Practitioners to support workload allocation across the team, coordinate care plans, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, timely care.
