      <description>Location: Bedford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | Blissful Healthcare is currently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Adult Social Worker for an exciting opportunity with an NHS Trust based in Bedford. Key Responsibilities   Undertake comprehensive Care Act 2014 assessments and reviews.   Assess adults with complex health and social care needs.   Develop and review care and support plans.   Arrange and commission appropriate health and social care services.   Complete safeguarding and risk assessments to ensure service users remain safe.   Maintain accurate electronic patient records.   Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and local authority colleagues.   Participate in supervision, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.   Essential Requirements   Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.   Current registration with Social Work England.   Experience within Adult Social Care.   Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding legislation.   Excellent assessment, communication and case management skills.
