Job Description:

Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a busy Therapies Surgery department on a locum basis. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and support patient flow across Older People and General Medicine wards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Physiotherapy caseload on older people and gen med wards

• Support patient flow and contribute to efficient ward processes and lead and participate in parallel discharge planning

• Provide supervision and support to junior team members

Requirements:

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

• Previous Band 6 experience, or a strong Band 5 ready to progress within the NHS

• Experience with older people caseloads and needs

• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively

Essential Requirements:

• Candidates must have NHS experience

• Candidates must hold HCPC registration

• Candidates must hold the right to work in the UK
