This role will be based in Belfast city centre and offers an immediate start.The Company The Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) is part of the Department of Health and is responsible for planning, funding, and managing health and social care services for people throughout Northern Ireland. They are based in Belfast City Centre.The Role As a Band 6 Administration Manager, you will oversee key administrative processes and support the management of facilities operations. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality support services and work closely with senior leaders, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of corporate business functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and develop staff while promoting continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.Prepare reports, presentations, briefings, and maintain accurate records and data systems.Manage contracts with external service providers and ensure value for money.Lead facilities management activities across designated SPPG offices.Provide guidance on health and safety, fire safety, first aid, and workplace compliance.Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and support office accommodation and relocation projects.Plan and manage annual committee work programmes, workshops, and public meetings.Build and maintain effective ..... full job details .....
