Overview

The Acute and Urgent Care Service are looking to recruit a PA to work with our two Clinical Directors and be part of the managements administration team based at the Oleaster Centre.Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for arranging and servicing meetings, coordinating day to day diary management, the production of presentation material and reports and ensuring that service contacts receive a prompt response to all correspondence and enquiries.The post holder will be required to make decisions within delegated authority, on behalf of the Clinical Director(s).Qualifications and Skills

Experience working in a secretarial or personal assistant position.Aptitude to manage own workload, use initiative and maintain information governance.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), minute taking, diary management and organisational skills.Ability to work as part of a team with other staff, patients and the public; empathetic approach towards people suffering from a mental illness.About Us
