In this vital role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality mammographic services to our patients. You will work within a supportive and dynamic environment, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and contributing to the early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality mammographic examinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Ensure the accurate positioning of patients to obtain optimal imaging results. Operate mammographic equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Adhere to all radiation protection standards and maintain a safe working environment. Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions. Contribute to the smooth operation of the mammography department, including equipment maintenance and inventory management. Required Qualifications and Experience: Registered Radiographer with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
