Honeycomb are delighted to be working with BSO to recruit a Senior Recruitment Information Officer (Band 4) for their team in Armagh.Location: Armagh Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour Hours of Work: Monday to Friday8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pmJoin a Team That Makes a DifferenceWe are currently seeking a highly organised and analytical Senior Recruitment Information Officer (Band 4) to support the delivery of recruitment and selection services across the Health and Social Care (HSC) sector.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data and reporting professional who enjoys turning complex information into meaningful insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making.The RoleAs Senior Recruitment Information Officer, you will lead on the provision of recruitment data, reporting and management information to support recruitment activity across the HSC.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Extracting, analysing, and presenting recruitment data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.Monitoring recruitment activity and KPIs, highlighting delays, blockages, and areas for improvement.Ensuring the E-Recruitment system is accurately maintained in real time with a strong focus on data quality.Supervising and supporting staff on a day-to-day basis.Assisting with system testing, fault resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.Working collaboratively with internal and external ..... full job details .....
