These are temporary opportunities for individuals with strong administrative, clerical, and organisational skills.The RoleThe successful candidates will be responsible for a range of administrative and clerical duties, including:Word processing and audio typing letters and producing reports Sorting and responding to correspondence and mail as appropriate Dealing with general enquiries Maintaining diaries and calendars Taking minutes at meetings Arranging meetings and appointments Sorting and processing information Preparing statistical information Dealing with requests for information Making appointments Filing and maintaining records Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries Photocopying and scanning Providing general administrative support to the teamEssential CriteriaApplicants must meet the following requirements: Qualifications and Experience5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.In addition, applicants should have one of the following:4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language (or equivalent qualification), ..... full job details .....
