Band 3 Finance Administrator (Lisburn)
Honeycomb are pleased to be partnering with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 3 Finance Officer for an immediate temporary opportunity based within the Bank and Cash Office at Lagan Valley Hospital. Location: Lagan Valley Hospital Salary: Hourly rate of £12.75Contract: Temporary- 3 months with the possibility of extension Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday. 9:00am-5:00pm Working as part of the Finance team, you will provide administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. The role offers a varied workload and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.Key Duties Include:Processing financial information accurately and within strict deadlinesAssisting with financial governance and control proceduresInvestigating and resolving finance-related queriesMaintaining financial records and account reconciliationsUsing computerised finance systems and Excel spreadsheetsHandling cash and coin securely and accuratelyProducing reports and processing financial dataProviding general administrative support to the wider departmentOrganising meetings, filing documentation, and managing correspondenceSupporting prompt payment compliance Essential criteria:4 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English and Maths (or equivalent)plus 1 year''s of relvent administration experience, gained within a finance environment OR2 years'' relevant experience within a finance office environment If you ..... full job details .....
