OverviewThe Early Intervention Community Team is looking for an enthusiastic and well motivated individual to join a busy office and become a member of a dynamic service. The Band 3 Administrator will work alongside the existing Administrator, Senior Administrator, Clinical Team Leads and Locality Ops Manager in supporting the Early Intervention Community Team activities.

You will need to be computer literate with a working knowledge of window based computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The post will involve a range of general admin and clerical support including data entry, copy typing, filing, answering the telephone, receiving referrals and using clinical systems such as RiO, MAPS and e-Procurement.

Responsibilities

General administrative and clerical support for the Early Intervention Community Team.

Data entry, copy typing, filing and answering the telephone.

Receiving referrals and using clinical systems such as RiO, MAPS and e-Procurement.

Work to deadlines and process work accurately.

Requirements / Qualifications

Good level of general education with good communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work to deadlines and process work accurately.

Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows-based packages (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

DetailsHours: 22.5 per week, 3 days out of 7 inc. Bank Holidays, working 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00. 12 months fixed term/ secondment.

In accordance with UK Home Office requirements, Band 2 clinical and non-clinical roles and Band 3 Non-Clinical roles are not eligible for sponsorship. The majority of non-clinical roles (Agenda for Change Band 3 - 6) with the exception of those which appear on this list will not meet the minimum requirements set by UK Visas and Immigration to sponsor candidates to work in the UK. All non-clinical roles (Agenda for Change Bands 7 - 9) that meet the prescribed skill level (RQF 6) and salary threshold will be eligible for sponsorship. The Trust will accept applications from candidates who can evidence their right to work in the UK or via alternative visa routes.
