This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy healthcare setting, with an immediate start available.The position is offered on an initial 3-month temporary basis, with the possibility of an extension.Location: DownpatrickPay: Band 3 - £12.75 per hourStart date: ImmediateContract: Temporary, initially for 3 months with potential extensionHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmThis role provides an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to patient services. Working as part of the Patient Administration Services team, you will deliver efficient and accurate administrative support while helping to ensure a responsive, patient-centred service. Key Responsibilities Accurately inputting and updating patient details across electronic systems, including Epic, PAS and Patient Centre.Coordinating and scheduling appointments according to clinical priorities and Integrated Elective Access Protocols (IEAP).Scanning, uploading and maintaining patient documentation on electronic systems.Assisting with audits and carrying out patient information checks.Managing allocated work queues and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.Preparing reports and statistical data, including waiting-time information.Maintaining both electronic and paper-based filing systems.Responding to patient and ..... full job details .....
