Responsibilities Operate baling machinery safely and efficiently to compress recyclable materials into manageable bales Monitor equipment during operation, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues as they arise Load materials into the baler using appropriate lifting techniques and tools, adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting Inspect bales for quality control, ensuring they meet size and safety standards before storage or shipment Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to promote a safe and organized workspace Complete all required documentation accurately, including production logs and safety checklists Follow all safety guidelines and participate in regular safety training sessions to prevent accidents Experience Mechanical knowledge or experience operating industrial machinery is highly preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in a physically ..... full job details .....
