Leading, supporting and coaching a team of bakers to achieve production targets. Supporting dough preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing and baking. Monitoring production schedules and ensuring work is completed on time. Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety. Managing stock levels and ensuring ingredients are available and used efficiently. Identifying and resolving production issues, including dough and equipment problems.
