The Role:
As part of our baking team, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for preparing and baking a range of artisan breads, pastries, and sweet goods. Youandrsquo;ll work in the early hours to ensure our shelves are stocked with fresh products each day, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking a variety of products

• 
  

  Following recipes while also contributing ideas for new items

• 
  

  Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

• 
  

  Monitoring stock levels and supporting ingredient preparation

• 
  

  Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are met

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a baker (artisan or commercial preferred)

• 
  

  Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

• 
  

  Reliability and ability to work early morning shifts

• 
  

  A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• 
  

  A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
