Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie and breadto jams,juices and pickles.Our bread basket changes every three months our current basket is listed below.Olive and rosemary focaccia;Pepperoni and blue cheese brioche rolls; Wild farmed malted baguette;Black sesame and shitake sourdough; Dukkha and London honey crackerA Day Baker needs to have a good understanding of Viennoiserie and Laminating products and be able to work in an open plan bakery five nights a week.Night shifts are 11am-10pm, as we are a 24/7 production shifts patterns can be flexible for the right candidate.As a Day Baker, you will be responsible for the following:Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within the Bakery departmentLeading on a section of the kitchenSupporting the sous chefs and head chef to develop new dishes for the menu;Training the junior chefs working with youFollowing HandS regulationsDemonstrating a respectful attitude and responding respectfully to management.
