Baker / Front of House Team Member - Copthorne Village We are looking for team members for our brand new village bakery. We are excited for the imminent opening and need people who are as excited as us about all things bakery! This is an exciting opportunity for a competent baker, who is looking for a new challenge. General Duties: Preparing and delivering many bakery products, ready for sale. Helping prepare essential recipes, popular bakes and everyday items. Competent in your own baking, bringing your own recipes, ideas and experience. We are happy for you to try new recipes of your own that the village will love. Assisting in the daily production to keep up with the shop demand. Keeping kitchen clean, organised and hygienic at all times. Follow all food hygiene procedures. Working alongside other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the shop. Supporting the front of house staff, during busier periods if needed. Required Skills: Amazing customer service Chatty and enthusiastic Flexible with hours and adaptable Excellent reliability Quick learner Desired skills (not essential): Minimum of level 2 food hygiene Perks: Free drinks while on shift 50% off Salary is experience dependent.
