Join a busy port and logistics operation in Hull with immediate opportunities available.

Stafforce are recruiting Bagging Operatives to support cargo handling and bagging operations within a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a long-term career within the ports and logistics sector.

Pay Rates

• Bagging Operative (Days) - -13.80 per hour
• Bagging Operative (Nights) - -15.80 per hour (-13.80 basic rate plus -2.00 night shift premium)
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift premium paid for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00

The Role

As a Bagging Operative, your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient bagging of cargo products, ensuring operational targets and quality standards are met.

Duties may include:

• Bagging and handling products safely and efficiently
• Monitoring bagging operations and maintaining productivity levels
• Loading and unloading materials
• General warehouse and cargo handling duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting operational teams during busy periods
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team

What We''re Looking For

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training can be provided.

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• Bagging operations
• Warehousing and logistics
• Manufacturing or production environments
• Manual handling roles
• Port or cargo operations
• Industrial cleaning and housekeeping
• Physically demanding work environments

A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
