Main duties include knotting and trimming of sausage casings, ensuring casings are trimmed as per size specifications, maintaining high levels of hygiene around work stations, carrying out visual quality inspection checks on product and general housekeeping duties as required. A good level of manual dexterity and attention to detail required as the process is very delicate.Candidates should be comfortable working in a food production environment and have an enthusiastic, can do approach to their work.Hours of Work: 3 x Backshifts3 x Nightshifts3 days off (6 days on 3 days off shift rotation)English Level Required: Minimum Intermediate EnglishRate of pay following completion of training period - 16.52 per hour.
