Backshift Factory Manager

The Role Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire factory operation during the backshift, ensuring efficient, safe and cost-effective production. Key responsibilities include: Leading all production activities across the factory during the backshift Driving performance against key KPIs including output, yield, efficiency and labour utilisation Ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality and food safety standards Promoting a strong health and safety culture across all departments Managing, coaching and developing Team Leaders, Supervisors and Production Managers Ensuring staffing levels are effectively planned to meet operational requirements Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste Working closely with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams Managing factory performance and escalating ..... full job details .....
