The role As our Baby Room Leader, you will: Lead a small, nurturing baby room for up to six babies, ensuring the highest standard of care and learning. Work closely with the leaders of two other rooms to ensure smooth transitions and shared best practices across the setting. Provide a warm, settling-in experience for new families, creating strong bonds with both babies and parents built on trust and communication. Plan and deliver age-appropriate experiences in line with the EYFS, supporting each baby''s individual development. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, ensuring allergy awareness, hygiene, and health standards are met at all times.
