Baby Room Leader Thames Ditton Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: 40 hours per week 4 days per week 7:30am 6:30pm Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner who loves working with babies and is ready to take the next step in your career? We re looking for a warm, confident and passionate Baby Room Leader to join our welcoming team at a beautiful, busy nursery in Thames Ditton. This is a truly special setting with a wonderful homely and cosy feel, where children are at the heart of everything we do. We have a huge outdoor space with Forest School facilities, live chickens in the garden, and a fantastic chef who prepares delicious, homemade food for the children every day. About the role of a Baby Room Leader As our Baby Room Leader, you ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our baby room, caring for children from 3 months old and leading a small, supportive team. You ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where our youngest children can thrive. You ll also work closely with parents, colleagues and the wider management team to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care and learning.
