This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional to take the lead in a baby room, supporting children aged 6 months to 2 years within a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment. The role combines hands-on childcare with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced Room Leader, Third in Charge, or an aspiring Deputy Manager ready for the next step.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day running of the baby roomDeliver high-quality care, safeguarding, and learning opportunitiesSupport babies'' routines, including feeding, sleeping, and personal careBuild strong, secure attachments with children and positive relationships with familiesMonitor and track children''s development in line with EYFSCoach and support team members through role modelling and supervisionEnsure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted standards, and internal policiesMaintain accurate records and documentationSupport transitions, settling-in processes, and parental engagementRequirementsEssential:Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early YearsStrong knowledge of EYFS, particularly birth to 2 yearsExperience working with children aged 6 ..... full job details .....
