Aspire People are currently recruiting for a welcoming primary school in B31 seeking a dedicated SEN TA to join their team ASAP. Location: B31 Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full Time, 5 Days Per Week Setting: Primary School The Role:Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support.Assisting with learning activities to promote engagement and progress.Supporting children''s emotional, social and academic development.Implementing strategies and interventions in line with EHCPs where required.Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Previous SEN experience in a primary school setting Strong behaviour management skills Patient, adaptable and caring approach Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs while working within a supportive school environment.
