At least five years’ PR agency experienceCore corporate/B2B PR backgroundSuperior writing and grammatical skills with keen attention to detailExcellent and demonstrable team management experienceExperience of running a reactive and pro-active press office and handling incoming press enquiriesExcellent understanding of PR, content marketing, social media, SEO and how to successfully utilise them as part of integrated campaignsExcellent publicity skills – a strong understanding of the media, editorial requirements and what ‘makes’ a storyExperience measuring the ROI of communications activitiesAbility to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinkingA wide network of national business and regional contacts across a broad spectrum of mediaExperience in delivering impactful campaigns from inception through to delivery and evaluationAbility to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levelsSuperior people skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organisational and time management skillsTeam player who works well under pressureMerit-based bonuses and promotionsTwo days working from home per week, following the completion of a three month probationary periodPersonal training budget of £1,000 per yearFlexible holiday policy including office closure between Christmas and New YearRecognition rewards, team lunches and nights outExtremely supportive, nurturing environment with many opportunities for professional development and growthApply for this role
