Overview
Experienced B2B sales executive sought for a brand-new Lead Generation role with a prestigious Apprenticeship Provider. This predominantly remote (WFH) position offers the chance to work within the Digital / Data Apprenticeships sector, with opportunities to progress into team leadership roles in the future.Responsibilities
Engage with Hiring Managers to understand Apprenticeship recruitment needs, gauge timelines and requirements.Use a CRM to log calls and track pipeline and callbacks, ensuring data is recorded accurately for future use.Source leads through social media and other channels; manage a remote pipeline within a small team (5) and report to the Sales Manager.Occasionally attend face-to-face events to promote the company at industry exhibitions and functions across the UK.Operate within standard hours (9–5, Monday to Friday) and contribute to a high-performing sales environment.Qualifications and Skills
Strong B2B or B2C sales experience, confident on the phone, with aptitude for fact-finding and relationship building.Experience in outbound or BD environments is desirable; self-motivated, driven, money-oriented and comfortable working remotely.Ability to adapt to a more autonomous role and explore future progression into field roles or management.Benefits and Details
