About the Role
A B1A FLT Nights position is available in Plymouth with Pertemps Plymouth, offering £17.89 per hour on a full-time, temporary basis. This night shift role runs Monday to Friday, from 10:00pm to 6:00am, based at a recognised confectionery manufacturer's facility in Estover. You will operate counterbalance and other forklift types to move materials and finished goods safely across the site, supporting production and warehouse flow. Prior FLT experience is essential, along with a valid licence. The clean, modern environment provides ongoing work and good facilities. This contract suits experienced operators seeking consistent night hours and reliable weekly pay within a large-scale logistics operation.
Forklift Driver
£17.89 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth.

The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you'll play an important role in supporting production and warehouse operations, ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock, raw materials, and finished goods around the site
- Supplying production lines with materials as required
- Storing stock accurately within warehouse locations
- Completing routine equipment checks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting warehouse and production teams to meet operational targets
About You
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts
- Hold a valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence
- Experienced operating forklift trucks within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards
- Keen to contribute to a busy and successful operation
