B1 Licensed Engineer

Our client, a leading organisation in the aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sector, is seeking a B1 Licensed Engineer to support aircraft maintenance operations at main base and detached locations worldwide. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced aircraft maintenance professional with strong technical, supervisory and regulatory knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Perform and certify aircraft maintenance and aircraft equipment work in accordance with approved maintenance data and organisational proceduresMaintain high standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance, applying safe systems of work to all assigned tasksSupervise technical staff, ensuring duties are completed safely, correctly and in line with relevant maintenance manuals and exposition requirementsSupport aircraft operations at main base and detached locations, including the safe supervision and performance of aircraft ground movementsEnsure the accurate and timely completion of aircraft maintenance documentation and certification recordsCoordinate engineering activities, prioritise tasks and support the team in delivering work to agreed targets and timescalesReview team performance, provide feedback and assist the Crew Chief with daily operations, team development and continuous improvementPromote a positive safety culture, maintain clean and orderly work areas, and uphold excellent customer and stakeholder relationshipsJob Requirements:Unrestricted CAA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 ..... full job details .....
