B1 Licensed Engineer

Our client, a leading organisation in the aerospace MRO sector, is currently seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Engineer to join their Maintenance Organisation team in a permanent role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take on the role of B1 Base Certifying Engineer and contribute to the high standards of aircraft maintenance within the team.Key Responsibilities:Supervision of non-licensed personnelRemoval or installation of aircraft components as requiredSupport with mechanical or electrical removals and installations as neededCertifying B1 Base/Modification work completed on Beech 200 and 300 aircraftEnsuring compliance with Maintenance Organisation procedures and standardsUnderstanding and certifying tasks in accordance with documentation, including ADs and SBsRecording and notifying any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous proceduresProviding feedback on improvements, efficiencies, and enhancements to the Head of MaintenanceOversight and management of junior staff members, including input to appraisalsSupporting the development and delivery of the strategic planActively contributing to the safety management system and promoting aviation safetyJob Requirements:Unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1 Licence, ideally with King Air 200 or 300 type ratingsRecent demonstrable experience on Beech 200 and 300 aircraftExcellent team player with strong communication skillsGood attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBenefits:Permanent position ..... full job details .....
