B1 Licensed Engineer
Key Responsibilities:Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraftDocumenting all work performed as per appropriate manuals and regulationsTraining, coaching and supporting other employeesPerforming complete engine runs as requiredUndertaking complex repairs on aircraft systemsSupervising Mechanics during maintenance tasks and ensuring all relevant tasks or inspections are carried out to the required standardReleasing maintenance tasks that are performed by themselves or under their supervisionSigning off base maintenance tasks, in support of Certifying Staff Category CPerforming maintenance at off-site locationsAssisting in providing time estimatesJob Requirements:Holding a UK CAA and/or EASA Part 66 Aircraft Technician License: B1 and/or B2 and/or CType-rated on relevant Bombardier Business Aircraft Types including Challenger 300''s, Challenger 600''s, and Global series (preferred)Up-to-date basic knowledge requirements of Appendix I to Part-66Knowledge of Part-M, Part-145 and other relevant regulationsExperience in at least 6 months of actual relevant aircraft or component maintenance in any consecutive 2-year periodUnderstanding of human factors, human performance, and limitationsKnowledge of EWIS and CDCCL when relevantExperience working on at least one aircraft type for each licence (sub) category over the last two yearsCurrent on all training requirements (recurrent/continuation training)Ability to interpret and work with ..... full job details .....
